Narrative Feature
Synopsis: What if six people, who barely like each other, casually decide to get together for an evening of group sex? In this awkwardly hilarious farce, three couples decide to do just that. But, as you might imagine, there's more than one way to strip down in front of those who know you best. Set on the bayou of south Louisiana at an old strawberry farm, it's difficult not to relate to the characters, who sense themselves taking their last steps away from sexual freedom and irresponsibility into committed and monogamous relationships--some more reluctantly than others. Although the participants initially act casually about the affair, as the insane prospect of actually having to go through with it approaches, their true colors shine. This dark comedy provides writing so sharp and acting so smartly realistic that, as one action is followed by the next, no matter how uncomfortable, unexpected, or ridiculous, each moment rings true. Those willing to go along for the ride will find themselves entertained, if at the same time shocked, by the film's raunchy madcap humor and improbably, side-splitting dialogue. Starring Laura Silverman, Adam Busch, Aimee-Lynn Chadwick, Jordan Kessler, Yasmine Kittles, Ted Beck. Director Bio: "Cummings Farm" marks Andrew Drazek's feature film directorial debut. He has previously directed two shorts, "Fish Sticks" and "Fecal Matters", also penned by "Cummings Farm" scribe, Ted Beck.
Narrative Feature
Synopsis: Jeff, a down on his luck office worker finds out he is the last living relative of horror novelist H.P. Lovecraft. What he doesn't know is that Lovecraft's monsters are real and will soon threaten the very existence of mankind. Jeff and his best friend Charlie are forced to embark on a perilous adventure and they enlist the help of high school acquaintance, Paul, a self proclaimed Lovecraft specialist. Together the three unlikely heroes must protect an alien relic and prevent the release of an acient evil, known as Cthulhu. Director Bio: A San Antonio native, Henry made his first movie at 10 with his dog and a bucket of pig intestines. When not directing music videos, shorts, and apocalyptic cartoons, he designs for television shows. Now in L.A., Henry made his first feature with Devin McGinn and a bucket of pig intestines. War Story: The production fought monsters everyday making their movie, but the worst demon was the ocean, which left the sound man clinging to the mast, immobile from sea sickness, the d.p. cussing the waves, and a blood stained boat, who’s owner hasn’t spoken to the production since.
